Golden State Smiles is a leading dental practice in Concord, CA dedicated to providing exceptional care and treatment to our patients. We specialize in creating beautiful smiles and are committed to delivering outstanding service in a warm and welcoming environment. 

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. As an RDA, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will work closely with patients, providing assistance during dental procedures and helping to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Schedule

• This is a full-time position
• Monday through Friday - no weekends
• 8am to 5pm

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have current and active CA certified RDA license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental office
• Upbeat personality is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during patient examinations, procedures, and adjustments
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for orthodontic appliances
• Other duties as assigned
