Customer Service Leader

Castilla Orthodontics is looking to add an amazing individual to its team of “Smile Bosses” and we have an opportunity for you! As a Customer Service Leader, you would be providing phone and other telecommunication support to our patients as they go through their smile journey. This includes scheduling appointments, taking payments, updating contact info, directing them to the appropriate department, and helping to address any other needs or questions our patients have when they contact our office.
