Image Orthodontics in San Jose, CA seeks a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of patients through our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service to patients.  Additionally, you must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• This is a full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 2 Saturdays a month
• 8am to 5pm

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Verify patient information and update records as necessary
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Assist with patient billing and insurance claims
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Greet and check in patients upon arrival 
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a high level of patient care
