Cali Kids Dental/Next Level Dental in Auburn, CA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities. This position requires the ability to travel between multiple locations: Auburn, Antelope and Orangevale. 

Schedule

  • This is a full-time position
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8am-5pm

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Current CA RDA licensure
  • An outgoing and friendly personality
  • Must enjoy working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to travel between multiple office locations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment.
  • Take dental x-rays according to dentist's orders.
  • Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
  • Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures
  • Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (tooth brushing, flossing, etc.)
  • Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
  • Provide administrative support when necessary.
  • Travel between three offices - Auburn, Antelope, and Orangevale - as needed.
