Location: Image Orthodontics/Kail Smiles Kids (New Practice Opening Early June), Turlock, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), No Weekends

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new practice, Image Orthodontics/Kail Smiles Kids, in Turlock this June! We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Patient Coordinator to be the face of our practice. As the first point of contact, your cheerful demeanor and welcoming smile will set the tone for each patient's visit. As we are establishing this new practice, team members will be integral in practice development, marketing, and managing phone lines, alongside their regular duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
• A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must!

Responsibilities Include

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office. 
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations. 
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
