Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management or administration, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or healthcare management preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A sense of fun, a great personality, and an infectious smile. 
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the orthodontic office, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Manage office staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups, maintaining an organized and efficient schedule.
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage financial aspects of the office, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and purchases as needed.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
