We are looking for an amazing Patient Coordinator to join our team. The Patient Coordinator is an integral part of the office team and consistently delivers the best customer service for our patients. The ideal candidate will be dependable, cheerful, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. 

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday - no weekends
• Full-time: 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Commitment to upholding high standards of customer service

Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate and manage patient schedules efficiently
• Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Collect payments from patients for services rendered, co-payments, and outstanding balances and issue receipts for transactions. 
• Perform general administrative tasks
