Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday - no weekends
  • Shifts available from 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • On-site at our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA

What you’ll need to be our Customer Call Center Representative: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in customer service required, preferably in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications such as Google Suite and MS Office
  • Ability to listen and empathize with patient needs and concerns
  • Excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills
  • In addition to English, fluency in at least one of the following languages is required: Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian
  • Sincere and accommodating, with a preference for high-quality work through established processes and procedures
  • Must be able to reliably report to our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA for scheduled shifts
  • Punctuality and regular attendance are crucial to ensure seamless operations and meet customer service demands.

 What you’ll do as the Customer Call Center Representative: 

  • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to treatments, services, insurance, and other related matters
  • Engage with patients empathetically and professionally, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  • Regularly follow up on new patient referrals through outbound calls to drive business growth
